At Layers Cakes and Confections, we are passionate about our flavours and ingredients, therefore we use the finest quality ingredients such as Madagascan vanilla, Belgian chocolate and cocoa, pure butter, fruit purees and luxurious swiss fondant just to name a few.
All our cakes contain four perfect layers of cake interspersed with three generous layers of filling, carefully assembled so they look exquisite when cut. Cakes can be coated with buttercream or chocolate ganache and then skillfully wrapped with a thin layer of luxurious Swiss fondant for a sleek flawless finish.
Our menus are a carefully chosen selection of our most popular flavours but we are happy to tailor flavours to suit your requirements, The flavours below are the ones we found are most favored amongst our clients.
